The Court of Mr. Ali Hassan, Civil Judge, Family Court, Layyah issues a proclamation in Suit for Maintenance (Case Title: Sam Bibi vs Muhammad Afzal). Service cannot be effected by ordinary means for the defendant Mazhar Hussein son of Muhammad Afzal Mirani, resident of Chak No. 147-A/TDA, Tehsil and District Layyah, who is now present in Dubai.
The defendant is directed to appear in person or through counsel before the Family Court, Layyah on 2026-07-09 at 08:00 AM; failing which legal proceedings will be initiated against him.
