Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites sealed/e‑bids for the procurement of an Oracle Standard Edition license for a production server for FY 2026‑27 under Tender No. PRCD/P123616. Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure will be used in accordance with PPR 2004 and related regulations.
