Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications for the position of Project Director to lead a national initiative to revamp the IT industry landscape of Pakistan and grow the country's IT exports. The role will own delivery across three fronts: training partners and talent programs, building frameworks to help IT companies start/grow/export, and marketing Pakistan's IT sector as a global tech destination. This is a senior decision-making role with accountability for program outcomes.

| Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in senior managerial positions. At least 5 years experience handling project activities in PSDP/ADP/Government projects. Experience in finance, HR/operations-related functions, capacity building programs and strategic management required. |
| Key Responsibilities | Lead training and talent programs; develop frameworks to help IT companies start, grow and export; lead marketing to position Pakistan as a tech destination; take executive decisions and accept accountability for program results. |
