Tender: Hiring Third-Party Firm for Technical Human Resources & End-to-End Operational Support — Punjab Social Welfare (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab (Command Center), Lahore. Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids for hiring a third-party firm/company to provide technical human resources and end-to-end technical & operational support services for the Punjab Social Welfare Command Center for Financial Year 2026-27.

How to apply: Interested eligible bidders must submit complete electronic bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the Punjab e-Procurement system and may also be obtained via the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). The bid security (2% of the estimated amount) must be submitted electronically as prescribed by the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical financial instruments will be accepted.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Authority Act-2009/PPRA Rules, 2014.
