Eligibility & requirements: Active FBR/PR A taxpayer status; not blacklisted/debarred by PPRA. For the framework contract for local purchase of medicines and surgical items, bidders must have a valid CDSI issued on Form 09 and must be located within District Chakwal.
Procedure & submission: Single Stage — Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) via Punjab e-procurement system. Tender documents and submission via eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Sealed bids (where applicable) must be delivered to the office on or before 11:00 AM on 2026-10-05 accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Talagang, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Financial & taxation notes: Prices should be final and exclusive of all taxes, duties and levies; no negotiations will be allowed. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Provide valid tax registration certificate.
