BOP Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation at DG Khan & Vehari Branches

The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement) invites technical and financial bids (Single Stage - Two Envelope) from reputable contractors/companies for renovation works at the following BOP branches. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

How to obtain & submit bid documents: Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. All bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System only.

Deadlines & opening: Last date/time for online submission is 2026-10-05 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-10-05 at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date/time to be announced.

Bid security & pricing: Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via 1Link / Bank Guarantee or digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Eligibility & documents: Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
