Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation Work at BOP Branches in D.G. Khan & Vehari

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab. The Bank invites technical and financial bids from reputable organizations/contractors for hiring contractors to carry out renovation work at the following BOP branches under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope bidding process.

Key submission and evaluation details:

- Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website and may be downloaded immediately after publication.

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-10-05 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-10-05 at 11:30 AM by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced later.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be paid/submitted via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally through a generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

- Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with bids.

- This tender notice is uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bids. Customers can file complaints via SBP’s ‘Sunwai’ service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
