CDA Public Notice: Balloting for Plot Allotment to Affected Persons in Sectors 13-D, 13-E and 13-F (Framework 2023)

The Deputy Commissioner, Capital Development Authority (CDA) issues a public notice announcing balloting for allotment of plots to affected persons under the Approved Framework 2023 for rehabilitation of Islamabad residents. Eligible applicants from the listed mouzas should submit applications with required documents to the Deputy Commissioner CDA as per the Framework.

Only land shares whose division under the Land Sharing Policy 2007 has been completed and applications submitted with completed re-verification will be considered. Applications must be received by 2026-07-15; later submissions will be considered in the next balloting. Balloting results will be uploaded on the CDA website.
