Issuing authority: Assistant Engineer, Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD), Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi (issued under Executive Engineer, Civil Division Rawalpindi).
Purpose: Open competitive tenders are invited for item-rate construction and improvement works (roads, streets, allied works and water supply) in Rawalpindi district. Firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Bidders must also be registered on Punjab E-Procurement and upload bids through the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Conditional or telephonic tenders will not be accepted; incomplete or late bids will be rejected.
Key conditions: Deposit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount (as per PPRA Punjab clauses). Earnest money (bid security) values are listed per scheme below.
