Notice inviting electronic bids (E-PAD system, Single Stage Single Envelope) for multiple infrastructure packages including road construction/widening, bridges, flood protection works and check dams in District Upper Chitral. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and submit bids through the E-PAD online system by the stated deadline. Bid security must be submitted in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee as specified. Bid validity: 90 days (as per notice).
