Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bid security must remain valid as required by the PPRA rules.
Other Conditions: Bids to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bidding will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must remain valid for 180 days. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
