E-Bid Invitation — Local Development of Baler Machine through Reverse Engineering (Directorate of Agricultural Engineering, Faisalabad)

Directorate of Agricultural Engineering (Research), Agricultural Engineering Workshop, Faisalabad invites e-bids from manufacturers of agricultural machines and implements registered with relevant authorities for the local development of a baler machine through reverse engineering.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Single-stage two-envelope procedure applies.

- A digital Bid-Security (as per Govt. of Punjab / PPRA instructions) must be submitted in favour of Director Agricultural Engineering (Research), Faisalabad. Bid-security submission will be processed digitally via Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-02 at 10:00 AM in the office of Director Agricultural Engineering (Research), Faisalabad.

- E-bid submission deadline: 2026-10-10 at 11:00 AM. E-bid opening: 2026-10-10 at 11:30 AM.

- Bidders should upload bids well before the deadline; submission on the eP portal is the bidder's responsibility. Directorate will not be responsible for eProcurement portal issues. For portal assistance use contacts on the eP website.

- Hard copies are not required after online submission, though the Directorate may request additional documents before contract award. Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).
