Horticulture Agency Lahore (HAL) EOI: Auction for Digital Advertising on Pedestrian Bridges & Metro Bus Pillars

Issuer: Horticulture Agency Lahore (HAL). HAL invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible, reputable and financially sound advertising companies/firms and national/multinational companies for participation in the auction of advertisement rights for digital advertisement media on pedestrian bridges and Metro Bus pillars across Lahore.

Scope: Auction of advertisement rights covering installation and operation of advanced-technology digital SMDs for advertising on:

• Pedestrian bridges located across different locations of Lahore
• Metro Bus pillars located along the Metro Bus Route (from Gajjumata starting point to Shahdara ending point)

Eligibility criteria:

Documents required with EOI (summarised):

• HAL registration certificate
• Company profile / brief background
• Certificate of incorporation / registration
• NTN certificate
• Bank statement for the last one year
• Affidavit of no default / blacklisting
• Proof of experience in outdoor advertising
