How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents can be purchased up to one day before the opening date from 11:00 to 12:30 hours on any working day for International tenders. Local tenders can be obtained and submitted through PPRA's e-procurement system (EPADs). Tender documents are also available at www.ppra.org.pk and www.sngpl.com.pk.
Eligibility / submission requirements: Local manufacturers/suppliers must provide copies of valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax certificates when requesting tender documents. For local tenders, bids must be submitted on EPADs and an original/duplicate hard copy of the bid (as quoted on EPADs) along with the original bid bond must be submitted on or before closing time/date of the tender enquiry.
Fees & securities: Tender fee for International Tenders only: PKR 2,500 (non-refundable) payable by Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of SNGPL. Bid security: 2% (excluding GST) of the estimated value as mentioned in tender documents.
