SBP BSC Head Office Karachi — Invitation to e-Bid for Multiple Building, Mechanical & Electrical Works (Oct 2026)

State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC), Engineering Department, Head Office Karachi (Ref: ED/PROC-HOK/1226973/2026) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement items listed below. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Procurement / e-Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0. Vendors not yet registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform should register at the EPADS vendor portal (vendors.epads.gov.pk) before submitting bids.

- All bids must be accompanied by the bid security amounts specified above. A scanned copy of the original bid security must be uploaded on EPADS; the original bid security must be submitted to the Procurement Division, 1st Floor, SBP-BSC Bolton Market Building, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi by the bid submission deadline. Bidders who fail to submit the original bid security will be disqualified.

- The Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be used with LCBS in line with applicable procurement rules, regulatory guides, and procurement instructions. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and delivery requirements are available on the EPADS portal.

- For submission, registration and detailed document queries use the EPADS platform. Ensure timely upload and compliance with all e-bid instructions; late bids will not be entertained.
