Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme (training contract) at its Head Office in Islamabad. This on-the-job training opportunity is open to local or foreign-qualified Pakistani nationals meeting the minimum eligibility requirements. Selected trainees will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend.

Key Eligibility & Conditions
- Pakistani nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
- Candidates who graduated in 2025–26 are eligible, with or without post-qualification experience.
Selection, Stipend & Application
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
- Selection weightage: 30% academic marks, 40% test, 30% interview.
- Selected trainees will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
