How to obtain documents: Bidding documents containing terms & conditions and quantities are available free of cost on Punjab procurement/e-procurement websites and related portals.
Submission requirements: A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit fresh CDR/Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as Bid Security (refundable) through PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement.
Additional notes: RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for costs incurred in bid preparation or submission; if the opening date falls on a public holiday, the next official working day shall be treated as the date of submission/opening. Reference: Tender Notice FY 2026-27, IPL-10122.
