Purpose: Preliminary determination in an anti‑dumping investigation into dumped imports of color‑coated steel coils/sheets originating in and/or exported from the People’s Republic of China. The investigation was initiated on 2026-04-25.
Products covered: Color‑painted, painted, pre‑painted, color coated or organic coated flat steel in coils or in cut coils whether or not metallic coated substrate of zinc, aluminum‑zinc or any other substrate coating. Includes coils/sheets, profiled sheets and related products as described in the notice.
Preliminary finding: The Commission made a preliminary determination of dumping and calculated dumping margins for named exporters and for all other exporters/producers. The Commission found that provisional anti‑dumping duties are not necessary to prevent injury during the investigation but will continue the investigation to determine final measures.
