GEPCO Tender Notice: Boundary Wall at Chak Shahbaz & 132kV Pasrur–Narowal T-Line (Bid 2026-10-19)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) Project Director (GSC) invites sealed tenders through E-PADs (version 2.0) for the following works. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules will be adopted. Tender documents are available on E-PADs, PPRA/FPPRA and GEPCO websites.

Key dates: Bid submission date & time: 2026-10-19 at 11:00 Hrs. Bid opening date & time: 2026-10-19 at 11:30 Hrs.

Bid securities & performance security: Original bid security for 120 days in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan at 2% of BOQ cost must be submitted. Successful bidder to provide 10% of contract price as performance security after issuance of LOI.

Eligibility & requirements: Valid PEC registration renewal for 2026-27 under the indicated codes; average annual turnover and tax returns per tender requirements; current bank statement showing 15% of BOQ amount; submission of up to two valid work orders of similar nature with completion certificates from last 5 years; company profile proving experience in grid station & transmission line works (as applicable); required authorization on PKR 100 judicial stamp for representatives; joint venture requirements as specified.
