E‑Tender: Construction of Police Picket Posts & Ladies Bar Room — Buildings Division Rahim Yar Khan

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Executive Engineer Buildings Division, Rahim Yar Khan. E‑Tendering is invited through the Punjab E‑Procurement System for civil works listed below. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and hold/renew PEC registration for the financial year 2026‑27 in the relevant category.

Key instructions: 5% bid security of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E‑Procurement System in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Rahim Yar Khan. No physical CDR will be accepted. Bids must be uploaded electronically; manual bids will not be accepted. The Tender Opening Committee will announce received bids and open tenders on 2026‑10‑14 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Commissioner, Bahawalpur (in presence of participating firms/contractors and committee members).

Important conditions: Only bids submitted in accordance with PPRA and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules will be considered. Bid security submitted electronically through the e‑Procurement System will be considered valid only when the system generates the required PSD. Non‑responsive or arithmetically incorrect bids may be rejected. Manual bids and physical CDRs will not be accepted.
