MEPCO Gallop Tender — Outsourced Shifting, Safe Handling & Erection of HT/LT Steel Structures (Rahim Yar Khan) FY 2026-27

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). Purpose: Outsourced services for loading, safe handling, transportation to site, erection of HT/LT steel structures, foundation works, earthing and related civil works for MEPCO Field Store Rahim Yar Khan for FY 2026-27.

Submission & opening:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA EPADS v2.0 to the office of Superintendent Engineer (OP), MEPCO Circle Rahim Yar Khan.

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening time: 2026-10-20 at 11:30 AM.

Eligibility & prerequisites:

• Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid registration for Financial Year 2026-27 in applicable categories (CE-10, EE-04 and EE-05 as stated).
• Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank (amount/percentage as specified in bidding documents) must be furnished and uploaded through EPADS v2.0.
• Successful bidder to furnish Performance Security as per tender (performance security percentage indicated in bidding documents).
• Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity (availability of liquid assets/cash equivalents — minimum 40% of estimated cost as required).
• Download bidding documents from EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically; manual/hard copy submissions will not be entertained.

Contract period: One year (FY 2026-27) or as per MEPCO requirements.
