HBL Public Notice: Auction of Toyota Yaris (ABP-474) – Sealed Bids Invited

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the auction of the bank's vehicle listed below. Sealed offers must be marked with the vehicle registration number and submitted to the Head Collections & Recoveries (Credit) as specified.

Inspection: Vehicle available for inspection at HBL, 200 Upper Mall, Lahore from 28 Sep to 30 Sep 2026 between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Documentation details will be provided at the time of inspection.

Submission & Bid Opening: Sealed bids must be received by the bank prior to 2026-10-01 (closing of office hours). All offers will be opened by the Auction Committee on 2026-10-02 at the Collection Department, Consumer Centre, HBL Mall Branch, Lahore.

Payment & Earnest Money: All bids must be accompanied by earnest money through Demand Draft/Pay Order equal to 10% (non-filer 20%) of bid amount in favor of HBL. Unsuccessful pay order will be refunded within 10 days from the date of opening of bids. The balance of purchase price must be paid by the successful bidder within 3 working days from date of acceptance; failure to pay balance will result in forfeiture of the down payment (10% filer / 20% non-filer).

Terms: Vehicle will be auctioned on an "as is where is" basis. Successful bidder is responsible for payment of all taxes, transfer fees and related charges. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
