Inspection: Interested parties must visit for inspection from 2026-09-28 (Monday) to 2026-10-02 (Friday) during 10:00–12:00 hours & 14:00–16:00 hours at the listed plants/addresses.

- Hattar: Sargai Gali Road, Village Shadi, Haripur, District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Farooqia: 12 KM Taxila–Haripur Road, Farooqia, Tehsil & District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Chakwal: 22 KM Kallar Kahar–Choa Saidan Shah Road, District Chakwal, Punjab.
- Kallar Kahar: Choi Mallot Road, Tehsil Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal, Punjab.
Submission requirements and bid conditions:
- Submit plant-wise (separate) sealed quotations / rates by 2026-10-05 along with a Demand Draft / Pay Order of PKR 1,000,000 (refundable) in favor of Bestway Cement Limited.
- Submission address: Bestway Cement Limited, Head of Procurement, 8th Floor, UBL Building, Blue Area, Islamabad.

- Quotation/rates will not be entertained if Demand Draft is not submitted; Bestway reserves the right to accept or cancel without assigning any reason.
- Contractor must list all material within stipulated time; otherwise security amount will be forfeited. Afghan citizens will not be allowed to be hired by the contractors & also not allowed to enter in Plant premises. Wear necessary Health & Safety PPEs while entering the plant.
Note: All offers will be considered on an "as is where is" basis. Further details and visitation schedule will be provided during plant visits or by the representative at the respective offices.
