National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications from eligible firms registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of non-consultancy services to act as Independent Validation Agent (IVA) / Firm for the Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB). The IVA will provide independent verification to ensure reported outcomes are credible, consistent, and meet agreed definitions, validate reported results, and produce verification reports that trigger outcome payments. The IVA will assess program performance using objective evidence such as verified training completion/certification, authentic job placements, and confirmed retention.
