Issuing Authority: Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, 5th Buildings Division, Lahore. E-tender notice for civil works (Addition / Alteration) at Punjab House Karachi. Bids invited through Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids will not be accepted.

Key instructions: Contractors must be enlisted/renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category (C4 or above) and must hold required specialization codes (CE09, CE10). All bids to be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically as per PPRA/e-Procurement rules.
