LESCO Civil Works Tender No. 03 (2026-27) — Passive Networking for 7 Offices (Single-Stage One-Envelope)

Issuer: Deputy Manager, Civil Works Division, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO).

Tender procedure: Single Stage One-Envelope (Least Cost Method). Bidders must be eligible and hold required valid licenses as specified in the bidding documents. Bids will be evaluated as per PPRA rules and the post-qualification criteria provided in the bidding documents.
