Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids through E-PADS (Version 2.0) for multiple civil works (Tender Nos. 20–42). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with renewal for the year 2026-27, be on Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and submit bids with 3% bid security of the BOQ value. Bids are to be submitted and opened online via the E-PADS portal.

Key submission details:
- Bid submission via E-PADS Version 2.0 only. Tender documents are available and must be downloaded from the E-PADS portal / PPRA website (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
- Bidders must upload documents on E-PADS and pay/submit required bid security (as per tender) in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Works Division No.1 FESCO, Faisalabad.
- Bids will be submitted up to 11:30 AM and will be opened at 12:00 Noon on the same date (see deadline below).
Eligibility summary: PEC registration with matching specialization and category for the advertised works; PEC renewal for 2026-27; Active Taxpayer status (ATL); submission of last three years' tax returns; registration for sales tax with Punjab Revenue Authority (where required); contractors must have completed at least two similar nature contracts (with satisfactory completion certificates) within the last ten years.
