LESCO Invitation to Bid — Service / Maintenance Agreement for Canon & Xerox Printers (Tender No. 4456)

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for Service Level / Maintenance Agreement of Canon and Xerox printers installed at LESCO IT centers. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for NCB tenders. Procurement will be through E-PAQs; funds are from LESCO local funds and delivery will be to Consignee's Stores at Chief (IT) Officer, 132 KV Ghazi Grid Station, Banki Road, Lahore.

- Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the E-PAQs portal and bids will be opened through E-PAQs on the specified date and time. Original documents or hard copies as required (e.g., bid security or bid bond/guarantee) must be submitted to the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO H.Q., 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the bid opening time.
