Abid-ur-Rahman, son of Jan Lali and resident of Mastuj Tehsil, Upper Chitral, has executed a sworn statement (aqnama) formally disowning Umar Farooq. The issuer states that Umar Farooq habitually quarrels with family and local people, and therefore is disinherited from all movable and immovable property.
