NBP Vacancy: Relationship Manager - SME (Sargodha, Sukkur)

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is hiring a Relationship Manager - SME. The role is aimed at growing the Bank's SME lending portfolio and promoting NBP financing products.

Main duties / responsibilities

To identify and source new SME clients to grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio. To grow the Bank's financing products, including working capital, trade finance and term finance. To conduct periodic client visits and provide updates on portfolio performance. To prepare comprehensive credit proposals. To maintain compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Other knowledge / competencies

Ability to manage multiple tasks and phone-based work effectively, and meet assigned targets. Good geographical knowledge of the assigned areas and surrounding business environment.
