How to apply: Interested individuals/firms/companies registered with relevant authorities must register and participate through the Punjab e‑Auction portal. The detailed auction document and terms & conditions can be viewed/downloaded from https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk and the hospital website https://szmc.edu.pk immediately after publication. Applications will be processed only through the e‑Auction portal; hard copies are not required. A soft copy of the payment instrument must be uploaded on the portal; the original payment instrument must be submitted physically to the office of Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital within ten (10) days of announcement of evaluation results.
Eligibility & responsibilities: Any interested and eligible individual/firm/company may apply as per eligibility criteria in the auction document. The successful applicant will be responsible for parking management for all types of vehicles operating in the hospital premises (including motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks, Mazda, etc.) and for ensuring systematic traffic flow, safety and security of vehicles in a professional manner.
Notes: The auction will be conducted under the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC&ME Department. The institution will not be responsible for technical errors on the e‑Auction portal. In case any closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the closing date.
