Issuer: University of Rasul (Project Director). The University invites bids from reputable firms registered with relevant registration authorities and active taxpayers (Income Tax & Sales Tax/GST) with proven experience for supply, installation, and related services. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
