E-Procurement Tender Notice — District Council Kasur for Rehabilitation, Road & Park Works

- The bidder shall submit an E-bid/proposal including required documents as per the E-Procurement regulations. Single stage, single envelope procedure will be followed. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with applicable rules.

- The lowest bidder will be bound to submit a Performance Guarantee (as per applicable rules — referenced as 0.5% in the notice) after award.

- All relevant rules, PEC category requirements, and Punjab Local Government procurement regulations apply. Prospective bidders must comply with E-Procurement System requirements for uploading and verification.
