Attock Cement Pakistan Limited (ACPL) – Tender for Sale of Scrap Material at Hub Factory

Attock Cement Pakistan Limited (ACPL) invites sealed tenders for the sale of scrap material from its Hub Factory on a six-month/lot basis, sold on an as-is, where-is basis. Inspection at ACPL Hub Chowki, Lasbela will be available from 06 July 2026 to 10 July 2026 on any business day between 10:00 and 15:30 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Tender documents (non-refundable PKR 25,000) are available from the ACPL Supply Chain Department during office hours (09:30–17:30). A pay order of PKR 2,000,000 in favor of Attock Cement Pakistan Limited must accompany the bid. Sealed tenders must be submitted to the ACPL Head Office tender box by 13 July 2026, 16:00. Bidders must hold a valid BEPA registration/license for collection, transportation and disposal of scrap/solid waste. ACPL reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or part thereof.
