Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF) invites applications for the post of Director Procurement. Applicants must meet the educational and experience requirements and apply online through ETEA as instructed by the Foundation. Shortlisting and recruitment will follow KPHF procedures and verification.

| Director Procurement | MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance from an HEC-recognized local or international university | Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible professional experience in procurement and supply chain management, including at least 5 years of independently managing procurement activities for health sector projects, hospitals or public sector organizations. Comprehensive knowledge of KPPRA Act, rules & regulations, government procurement procedures, contract management, financial regulations, procurement planning, tender processes, inventory & supply chain management. Hands-on ERP procurement experience (SAP, Oracle or equivalent) is mandatory. Certification in relevant field preferred. Preference for experience in PPP health projects, hospital outsourcing or large health infrastructure initiatives. Excellent leadership, negotiation, report-writing and communication skills. | 45 years | Peshawar |
