Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs — Prequalification for Repair & Maintenance Works (Open Framework), Pak Secretariat Islamabad

Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.

Purpose: Invitation for prequalification to establish an Open Framework Agreement for repair and maintenance works at Ministry offices in R‑Block and Cabinet Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The framework agreement will be for a period of 12 months under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Who may apply: Eligible firms/contractors registered with relevant authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. Applicants may apply for one or more categories; eligibility and technical qualification will be assessed separately for each category as per the prequalification documents.

How to apply: Prequalification documents are available on ePADS v2.0. Applications shall be submitted online through ePADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Submission details (as stated in notice): Applications to be submitted online on or before Monday, 12 October at 10:00 AM and will be opened electronically on the same day (time stated in the notice).

Other conditions: Prequalification does not constitute award of any work or guarantee any minimum volume or value of business. Specific requirements will be processed through call‑offs under the Framework Agreement. In terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement; the notification is available on the Procuring Agency's website.
