Andaleeb Co-operative Housing Society Ltd — Annual General Meeting & Election Notice (29 Nov 2026)

Andaleeb Co-operative Housing Society Ltd hereby notifies members of the Annual General Body Meeting for the year 2026 and the concurrent election of President and one‑third members of the Managing Committee. The Annual General Body Meeting and election will be held on Sunday, 29 November 2026 at 02:00 PM at the Society site, Sector 48‑A, KDA Scheme No. 33, Gulzar‑e‑Hijri, Karachi.

Key agenda items include adoption of minutes and annual reports, approval of audited accounts and budget, appointment of auditors, discussion and approval of development/maintenance works, transfer and mutation matters, NOC issues, society rules and by‑laws, and other statutory business. The election will be conducted by secret ballot immediately after the AGM proceedings as per Sindh Cooperative Societies Act, 2020 and applicable rules.

Eligibility and application notes: nomination forms and related instructions are to be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Members are required to produce original CNIC and ownership/title documents where applicable. A nomination deposit of Rs.5,000 is indicated for candidates (as published). Members holding paid‑up qualifying share capital (Rs.500 as specified in Society rules) are permitted to file nomination papers in accordance with the Society Rules and Sindh Cooperative Societies Act.
