PHC Tender: Develop Training Modules for Nine MSDS Functional Areas (Tender No. 9/2026-27)

Issuer: Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC). Procurement of services to develop training modules on nine (9) functional areas of Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS). Eligible bidders: well-reputed consultancy firms, consortiums, Government or Non-Government Organizations, production houses, Departments or Institutions registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax etc.).

Submission method: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted/transferred online against PSID generated by the Punjab e-procurement system as per PPRA directions. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours through the Punjab e-Procurement System; bidders’ representatives may attend.

Availability of bidding documents and timeframe: Tender documents available from 2026-09-25 to 2026-10-12 between 09:00 and 17:00 hours. Bid validity: 120 days.
