MES (PAF) Tender: Emergency Facilities Works at PAF Bases — Tender Notice No.4064-67-68-69 (18 Sep 2026)

Military Engineer Services (MES) on behalf of Deputy Work & Contracts Engineer (DW&CE) (PAF), Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works under PPRA Rule 42(c)(v) of 2004 for provision of certain facilities at PAF bases. Tender Notice No. 4064-67-68-69-PSC-IBD/Advt/02/E-4 dated 18 Sep 2026.

Key instructions:

• Submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as specified. Only firms with adequate relevant experience and meeting required special conditions will be issued tender documents.
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
• Only contractors on the approved list of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.

Submission and opening:

• Applications for issuance of tender documents must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 2026-10-08. Tenders will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date.
