The Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of BOP Branches (Bahawalpur, Multan, Lahore, Mamu Kanjan, Faisalabad)

Issuer: Head Centralized Procurement, The Bank of Punjab. The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids under a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputable contractors/companies for renovation works at specified BOP branches.

Key procurement details:

• Bid documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and may be obtained/downloaded free of cost.
• All bids must be uploaded/submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Submission deadline: bids to be uploaded/submitted until 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM (technical bids).
• Technical bids will be opened by the Committee on 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidding firms or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened at a date/time to be announced later.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted via 1Link / Bank Guarantee options using PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required.
• The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents. Complaints can be lodged via SBP’s ‘Sunwai’ service: https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
