Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). Procurement Method: National Competitive Bidding (NCB) via E-PADs portal. Purpose: Procurement of secondary internet bandwidth for SD‑WAN enabled remote offices and Data Center (PR & DR) sites, MPLS connectivity and Live IP addresses.
