Issuer: University of Education, Lahore — Engineering Cell. Sealed electronic bids are invited from Pakistan-registered contractors/engineering firms for original/repair & maintenance works. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA website. All tenders to be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required and must be deposited electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Important instructions: contractors/firms submitting fake information/documents will be disqualified and may be blacklisted. Procurement will follow PPRA rules. Bids will be retrieved from the e-bid system and quoted rates announced in the presence of the tender opening committee.
