PHC Tender: Develop Training Modules for 9 MSDS Functional Areas (Est. Rs. 10,000,000)

Issuer: Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC). Procurement for development of training modules on nine (9) Functional Areas of Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS). Eligible bidders: well-reputed consultancy firms, consortiums, government or non-government organizations, production houses, departments or institutions registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax etc.). Bids to be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key details:

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted/transferred online against PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA directions. Late bids will not be accepted.

- Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders' representatives who may choose to be present.

- Bidding documents and further information are available from the PHC Procurement Department and online. Documents available from 2026-09-25 to 2026-10-12, 09:00 to 17:00 hours. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. Bid validity: 120 days.

- Submission method: Online only via Punjab e-Procurement System and as directed by PPRA.
