Key requirements and terms:
- Availability of auction documents: Procurement Department, SSGC LPG Ltd., Mon–Fri, 10:00–16:00 from 2026-08-19 until 2026-09-01 upon submission of mandatory documents and fees.
- Mandatory submission to obtain documents: Tender fee of Rs.1,000 (non-refundable) payable to SSGC LPG Ltd.; two recent passport-size color photographs; two copies of bidder CNIC. For companies: authorized person’s letter on company letterhead plus NTN/GST copies.
- Bid security (Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of SSGC LPG Ltd.): PKR 200,000 for each vehicle in Lots 1–9; PKR 100,000 for each vehicle/scrap in Lots 10–13.
- Submission & opening: Bids will be received until 15:00 Hours on 2026-09-02. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-02 at 15:30 Hours.
- Inspection: Participants may inspect vehicles/scrap at their own risk and cost. Vehicles/scrap are sold “as is where is”.
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.
