EOI: Prequalification of Tractor Manufacturers & Importers for CM Punjab Green Tractor Program 2026-27

Directorate General Agriculture (Extension), Government of Punjab invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for prequalification of tractor manufacturers and importers for the CM Punjab Green Tractor Program 2026-27. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Local manufacturers must possess a valid manufacturing license issued by the Engineering Development Board (EDB) or equivalent.

How to apply: Obtain prequalification documents from the Punjab e‑procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) or from the office of the Directorate General Agriculture (Extension), Punjab, First Floor, Agriculture House, 21-Davis Road, Lahore. Submit EOIs/applications through the e-procurement portal or as instructed in the tender documents.

Deadlines and opening: EOIs/applications must be submitted on or before 10:30 AM on 2026-09-04. Submitted EOIs will be opened at 11:00 AM on 2026-09-04.

Additional requirements: Firms/companies, manufacturers and importers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and provide manufacturer or dealership authorization/certificates as required in the prequalification documents.
