Issuer: Office of the Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian (District Murree). Invites e-tenders for multiple 2026-27 development schemes under Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules.
How to apply: Contractors must register on the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login), hold a valid PEC license, submit CNIC, PRA registration and NTN. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System; physical instruments (CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees) will not be accepted. Tender rates must be uploaded item-wise before 01:00 PM on 2026-10-12. All contractors will participate in the tendering process on 2026-10-12 at 02:00 PM. The successful bidder(s) will be announced on 2026-10-12 at 02:30 PM at the Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian office in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
Additional conditions: Incomplete, unreadable, corrupted or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the total tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% below the approved estimate/DNIT, the department may require additional performance security/quality assurance equal to 10% or a percentage as per rules. Contractors wishing to participate for the solar street lights scheme (Sr. No. 4) must have PEC electrical codes EE04, EE06, EE11 and licenses from the Government of Punjab Energy Department / Electric Inspectorate Islamabad.
