Punjab Building Department e-Tender Notice — Building Division No.1 Rawalpindi

Issuer: Punjab Building Department, Building Division No.1 Rawalpindi. Electronic tenders are invited from registered Engineering Firms/Contractors with valid PEC licence for the current financial year through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal and submit all bids, documents and 5% bid security electronically. Manual bids and physical bid securities (including CDR) will not be accepted. Successful bidder will furnish 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. Tender documents must be digitally signed, stamped and uploaded along with a copy of PEC licence. All procurement will follow PPRA and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.

Opening: Bidders or their authorized representatives shall appear at the office of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division for bid opening as per published schedule. The Tender Opening Committee will retrieve and open online bids on the scheduled date and time.
