Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan invites interested individuals, firms or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the re-auction of its parking areas for one year through the e-Auction Portal.

Reserve Price: Rs. 26,180,000/- (without taxes) for one year.
Earnest Money: Registered applicants must furnish 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 2,618,000/-) in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan, in the name of Principal, SZMC/SZH Rahim Yar Khan. Originals must be submitted physically to the office of Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital within ten (10) days of the announcement of the Evaluation result; a soft copy of the instrument must be uploaded on the e-Auction Portal.
Applicants shall register and participate through the e-Auction Portal: https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk and may view/download the auction documents from the portal and the college website: https://szmc.edu.pk. Hard copies of applications are not required. The auction will be conducted under the 'Auction Policy 2025' notified by the SHC&ME Department.
Eligibility: Any interested and eligible individual/firm/company registered with relevant authorities may apply as per eligibility criteria detailed in the auction document.
Notes: The successful applicant will be responsible for parking of all vehicle types in the parking areas with safekeeping and security. The institution will process the auction through the e-Auction Portal and only applicants declared eligible on the portal will be entitled to participate in the subsequent auction process.
