Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS for ten sanitation works. Procurement will follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014 using a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer's estimated cost is required. Bidders must meet basic eligibility, technical and financial qualification criteria set out in the bidding documents uploaded on EPADS.
