Tender: Energization of Sector 2-D and Associated Works — DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the project titled "Energization of Sector 2-D (C-4), PC-01 West Avenue, PC-04 West Avenue and Sec-1 Feedback Supply." Bids must be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHAC Karachi, on or before 29 July 2026 at 14:30 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:00 hrs; financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later.

Eligible contractors must have valid PEC registration in category C4 or above with PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 & EE-05 and active taxpayer status with FBR & SRB. Tender documents (non-refundable fee Rs. 10,000 by pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi) are available from 06 July 2026 at the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHAC Karachi (Super Highway M-9). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 July 2026 at 14:30 hrs in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount (Pay Order / Bank Guarantee / Insurance Bond) must be submitted with the financial bid.
